We want you to feel confident and prepared when meeting with your surgeon. If our digital product does not help you feel prepared for your surgical consultation, we offer a 14 day, no questions asked refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The policy is limited to one refund per product, per customer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the 14 day window using the contact information provided on our website. Include:

Email address used at purchase
Order number or proof of purchase
No explanation is required
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period cannot be honored.
Products obtained through unauthorized resellers are not eligible.
Excessive or abusive refund activity may result in denial at our discretion.

✅ Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error.
You purchased a product but never received the download link or file, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
The file is corrupted or not functioning as described, and our support team is unable to fix it.
Please note: Simply changing your mind, or purchasing the wrong product, does not qualify for a refund.
